 The new Authoring Copilot (ACP) is able to automatically:

a. Generate Section title, notes, description and tags from Module notes, description, and content map tags​.

b. Generate Activity title, notes and description from Section title, notes, description and content map tags and any uploaded knowledge base​.

c. Generate Components (Text/Media, MCQ, FRQ, Poll) from Activity title, notes, description and any uploaded knowledge base​.

d. Automatically create these Sections, Activities and Components in SLS after the teacher accepts the recommendations for further editing.

You can also show the video to the class first and allow the students to explore the content of the video by asking questions or getting feedback from the AI. It is all personalised!

On the student's device.

The AI will provide questions to check on the student's understanding based on the video. 

The student's can also ask the AI questions and dive deeper into the issue.

On the teacher's device, you can view the engagement level as well a summary of what the student's are engaged in. You can click on the 3 dots to view the individual student's chat. On the right hand side AI will suggest on what the student have feedback and can be used to extend the learning.

There is also option to download the AI insights on the individual student's learning.

The AI is even sensitive to the student's emotional wellbeing.  Above showed that the AI picked up that the student is very tired.

For students who responded not on the topic, AI is very patient to ask other questions and continued to affirm the student's responses.

Brisk Teaching

 Utilizing AI, brisk teaching  chrome extension can create quizzes, lesson plan, depth of knowledge activities and many more in seconds. Content created integrates seamlessly with Google workspace.

After you have installed Brisk teaching chrome extension, just select from the menu what you would like to create. For example DOK questions

Input the learning objectives of a lesson and questions with activities on different depths of knowledge are generated on a Google doc.  Questions associated with different depths of knowledge  were instantly generated. There were even suggestions of strategies to increase their depth of knowledge.

Enter the prompt what you want AI to help you draw.

A number of options will be generated for you to select.

Germini AI generated quiz

Germini from Google (https://gemini.google.com) makes it easy to create multiple choice and true/false quizzes about a variety of topics commonly taught in school. 

All you have to do is enter a prompt like, “create a multiple choice quiz about the parts of speech” and Germini will create a multiple choice quiz and an answer key for it. 

The quiz that Germini generates can be exported to Google Docs and edited in Google Docs.

Eduease AI generated quiz

Eduease will generate an entire quiz from the PDFs that you upload to it.

Just like the Kahoot AI which could generate the questions based on a pdf uploaded, Eduease does so too except that only 10 questions are generated.
